Plan around the application
Use the application categories below to guide evaluation, then match the actual optical, mechanical and environmental requirements of your equipment.
Start with the native image, active area and mounting drawing. Match panel voltage, pin assignment and backlight requirements before reusing a controller or harness.
Evaluate: the Full HD range, M195FGE-L20 for HD+, and M220ZGE-L20 for WSXGA+ layouts.
Keep a legacy screen proportion or choose a larger viewing area for the interface. Review the temperature at the panel inside the enclosure together with viewing position and mounting space.
Reference candidates: LM190E0A-SLE1, LM215WF3-SLS1/SLS2, LM238WF1-SLK1 and the revision-specific MVA options.
Evaluate the relevant LG Display references for equipment-screen projects. For detailed imaging, review resolution, color performance and calibration alongside the requirements of the complete device.
Reference categories include LM190E0A-SLE1, LM215WF3-SLS1/SLS2, LM238WF1-SLK1 and LM238WR2-SPE1.
Choose a screen proportion that fits the content. A wide canvas can arrange information side by side, while a 27-inch Full HD screen provides a larger physical viewing window.
Reference candidates: LM250WW1-SSA3 ultrawide, LM270WF7-SLA1, LM240WU8-SLE1 and the listed LG Full HD signage references.
Reference operating range for this selection: 0–50 °C. For a different temperature window or higher ambient-light performance, request another panel or a separately reviewed display configuration.
From panel choice to assembly scope
Bring the panel and integration requirements into one inquiry. XIANHENG supports LCD sourcing and custom display projects, with the proposed configuration defined around your equipment.
Explore our industrial LCD screen collection and PCAP and resistive touch selection guide for broader planning.
Review the complete model, suffix and required revision. For a replacement, include the existing label and approved drawing.
Define the source input, native timing, LVDS or eDP mapping, cable routing, panel supply and separate LED driver.
Discuss PCAP or resistive touch, cover-glass dimensions, mounting design and optical-bonding feasibility for the intended configuration.
Provide sample or volume quantities, acceptance criteria and delivery requirements so the quotation covers the intended supply scope.
Selection questions
A few practical checks can make the panel specification and assembly requirements easier to define.
Most models in this selection use 30-pin LVDS. LM250WW1-SSA3 uses four-channel LVDS through a 92-pin connector. LM238WR2-SPE1 uses four-lane eDP. Connector count, signal type, pin assignment and display timing all need to match the selected controller.
These are LCD modules with panel-level signal interfaces. An HDMI or DisplayPort source requires a suitable LCD controller, panel cable and LED backlight driver. Include the source interface and intended native refresh mode when requesting a matched configuration.
Use diagonal size as a starting point. Compare active area, outline dimensions, mounting positions, connector location, pin assignment, voltage, timing and backlight requirements. Keep the complete suffix and required revision in the purchase specification.
